This classic Christmas villain precedes even the Grinch! In It’s a Wonderful Life, the evil banker ruled Bedford Falls, hoping to someday close the Savings and Loan run by George Bailey and turn the town into Pottersville! He is definitely no angel, but he turned this box office flop into an eventual holiday classic.
